Control centre SCADA systems
The SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system is used to monitor, control and manage the processes in industrial or infrastructure applications. It allows operators to obtain real-time information on the status of different devices and processes while, at the same time, remotely controlling such devices.
The control centre SCADA system continuously monitors and controls the operation of remote telemetry stations – buildings, such as pumping stations, water reservoir stations and automatic pressure stations. The data from these structures is transmitted via secured MODBUS TCP communication protocol in the customer’s private network.
The central element of such a control centre is the control machine, which continuously collects data from telemetry stations and displays it at the operator’s client workplace. Visualisation software graphically processes information from individual stations and displays it on a monitor in the form of animated structures – technological screens. The operator sees the values of individual variables displayed as events, alarms, and warnings. Subsequently, this information is recorded in a database and used to generate graphical reports or for later analysis.
Implementation of control centre SCADA systems
As part of our control centre SCADA systems, we offer individual solutions that arise from the analysis of customers’ needs and from the type of operation. As per one’s requests, a complete system solution of a control centre SCADA system will be prepared, designed and implemented.
So far, we have successfully implemented and managed 10 active SCADA client terminals, to which more than 350 telemetry stations are connected.
