SCADA systems ensure the collection, processing, transfer and display of data from the monitored equipment for technological processes.
The visualisation of the collected data makes it possible to check production parameters and provides an environment able to control production processes.
SCADA systems in US Steel Košice
At our customer’s, i.e., US Steel Košice, our company has implemented several projects in the field of SCADA systems for testing production samples in laboratories.
The systems are designed to collect, record and display the results of analyses and tests of samples carried out on different types of analysers and test instruments.
Another developed system is the SCADA system installed at selected production lines in order to ensure the collection of data sequence, i.e., from processing requirements concerning the execution of the production process, sending such requirements to the control system of production lines, processing signals from control systems of individual lines on the concentrator to such data storage in the database and its visualisation and the provision of this data to the surrounding systems.
