MES Energetika application
MES (Manufacturing execution system) is a manufacturing information system that interconnects enterprise information systems and production automation systems.
MES Energetika is our web-based application designed to monitor production, consumption and plan of energy media in connection with the operation of heat boilers.
The system allows to:
- Define data sources and groups – sets of archives;
- Define data points and data archives;
- Set archive view parameters;
- Elaborate daily and monthly records;
- Record and display alarms of measured quantities at the aggregates concerned and media consumption;
- Show existing aggregates, consumption, production and media plan in the form of graphs;
- Generate balances;
- Store data in user-defined archives;
- Graphically display a set of values of one or more archives;
- Show archives in a tree structure with the possibility of showing trends in the form of graphs.
MES Energetika for US Steel Košice
Our company implemented a modified and customised web-based application called MES Energetika for the metallurgical environment of US Steel Košice that has been designed to meet customer’s requirements and needs.
