Technologies
The structures are controlled by Programmable Logic Control Units (PLCs), which are integrated into the system via the Modbus TCP communication protocol These PLC units are efficiently controlled and monitored from a remote control centre using a GSM modem.
The PLC units are connected to the modem with a SIM card via Ethernet connection. The modem is specifically configured to allow the central control room to read and control PLC units.
This overall communication and control is thoroughly addressed within the Modbus TCP protocol, thus ensuring reliable and efficient data exchange between individual system components.
