Online voting information system
The Online voting application is a web-based application for self-governing authorities designed to prepare and implement the deliberations of relevant committees without any need for their face-to-face contact. The responsive design of the application allows committee members to participate in the deliberations via mobile devices.
This information system can operate on its own or in combination with the Digital Council Meetings application. Using an added communication program, it can even retrieve the following necessary input data from the application given:
- date and agenda of the given committee meetings
- invitations to committee meetings
- materials to each agenda item
- current list of committee members
